Room 2 studied this fabulous film about a boy and his struggles to become happy and accepted. We created two person poems to show the two sides of the boy’s personality and how they join together to create the boy we see.

We just finished our first novel, The Tale of Despereaux.  It was a story of love, revenge, friendship, adventure, and self discovery. Our class has been examining the main characters of the story to discover how they fit together.  Upon finishing the story we did a compare and contrast activity that resulted in some amazing two-person poems.  The characters featured in the poems are Despereaux, Roscuro, Miggery Sow, Princess Pea and the King.  Can you figure out which characters are featured in each poem?
